General information on SnailFarm items:
- all SnailFarm (TM) items are created upon original designs by the artist and printed on various garments that are made of 100% cotton or 100% organic cotton and eco-friendly materials using non-toxic paint.
- SnaiFarm items are created in a unique way. Each item when ordered are printed and embroidered individually with the garment’s future owner in mind.:)
- our products are only available upon ordering via our site and shops. You can also purchase items in our WebShop or our EtsyShop. Please note that all our shops only sell items already created. Ordering specific items can only be done via our site here below by filling in an order form of the item you desire.
- since every garment item is exclusively done you can choose different types of decoration when ordering. Please see our Order Form below. Prices are also indicated below.
- items on stock can be purchased in our WebShop (please find details on the link)
- in general delivery takes approximately 3-10 working days depending on delivery destination (please see further details below)

In our webshop you can find some sample items to purchase. Alternatively you can fill in a Canvas Art order form below and order the canvas of your like. Please, note that canvases are decorated upon specific order similar to that of T-shirts. Please, see the sample below.

- Items can be ordered with different styles of decorations. You can choose to have your garment
- embroidered – please note that upon choosing embroidery you can also decide if you want the embroidery to be ‘hangy’ or ‘finished’. Please see sample items for more details

UK MAINLAND – STANDARD DELIVERY
3-5 working days
We use Hermes Couriers for all standard deliveries and signature is normally required. If you are not in for delivery and you have not specified a safe place to leave the parcel at your own risk then the courier will attempt three deliveries normally in agreement with the customer.
Hermes Couriers can deliver between 8:00am and 20:00pm.
Bank Holidays (UK) Please allow an extra
2 working days for delivery to any destination.
UK MAINLAND – NEXT DAY DELIVERY*
Place your order before 6pm Monday to Friday or till 1pm Sunday for next day delivery.

We use Hermes fully tracked service for Next Day delivery and a signature will be required on delivery.

How Long Does It Take For A Return To Be Processed?
We will process your return on the same day we receive your item/s, once it has been processed we will send you confirmation. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process your refund.
How Do I Return A Parcel?
If you wish to return a parcel:
- Repackage the item in the original packaging
- Complete the Returns label that is on your dispatch note including the reason for the return.
- Ensure you indicate either a cash refund or credit option to your account. If you do not choose an option the cash will be automatically returned to your chosen payment method.
- You will be refunded for the value of the items returned or in the UK only you can choose to receive credit to shop with us again. This credit will be added to your account only when the item is received and reprocessed.
- Remember if you are returning an item that was on promotion or the order had a promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full refund if the remaining order you have kept does not still qualify for that promotion.
International or non UK mainland Returns
To return your parcel to us, you can use your local postal service requesting the standard delivery service, but ensuring you opt for the extra compensation where possible – this will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Spirit’n Art cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post, therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.
We provide you with a return address as soon as you contact us with your issue.
How Much Will It Cost To Return An Item(S)?
We do not offer a free returns service so all returns should be sent via the Post Office. The Post Office price dependents upon the weight of the items.
How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?
You have 21 days to return an item from date of receipt to us.
What Happens If I Receive A Faulty Item?
If you receive an item that is faulty then send it back to us and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items are checked on receipt and validated.
What Happens If I Received The Wrong Item?
If you receive the wrong item then send it back to us and we will refund you or send you the correct item assuming we still have the product and size in stock.
The Image Looks Different To The Product I Received
All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be ‘exact’ to the true product. You can return the product to us and we will fully refund you as long as you have not used the product at all.
What Happens If An Item Is Missing From My Parcel?
Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are checked before they leave us. If an item is missing then get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44/7847 703614 or +36 20 464 8788. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again.
We do not offer an exchange service as it has taken too long to send items back and for us to then resend the correct item as items are selling all the time and items can go out of stock very quickly. However, we recommend you consider reordering your item if you have selected the wrong size/fit when first ordering or selecting more than one size on your first order. Return costs are payable by the customer subject to local returns legislation.
